Training Description

Training Objective:

  • We’ll enable you to shape the culture in your company based on the agile values (by making progress)
  • For 15 minutes every day, you’ll train your body and mind with us for a more upright posture, for better flow and for mental resilience 
  • You’ll get to know all the building blocks for modern cultural development and behavior control - such as feedback models and (self-)leadership tools
  • Due to the use of analysis tools from the professional sports sector, you will get to know your body better, have individual training schedules to hand and will notice the changes
  • You’ll appreciate what neuroplasticity and grey matter has to do with personal behavior and how this can be modified with very simple exercises 
  • You’ll receive a tool box full of exercises with which you can shape your daily (working) life, e.g. meetings, and attract the interest of colleagues 
  • You will allow new routines to develop that will become fixed parts of your daily life (life hacks)
